Ben Martin is a Principal of Jasper Ridge Partners with a focus on fixed income portfolio management. Prior to joining Jasper Ridge Partners in 2026, Ben led a systematic credit group at Centiva Capital where he oversaw the design and implementation of quantitative credit strategies. Prior to Centiva Capital, he co-founded Agilon Capital, a systematic credit long/short hedge fund where he focused on portfolio management and research. Previously, he held positions at BlackRock where he managed active long-only and long/short fixed income portfolios, and at Western Asset Management where he was a corporate bond trader. Ben earned a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager.
